I have had the pleasure of working alongside Mitchell on defect matters in several strata schemes. I was passed on to manage this building after the previous strata manager had left the company. With it was a waterproofing remedial works warranty work involving two other builders onsite. Thankfully BWRA was engaged and I had the assistant of Mitchell Taylor to assist me. Very professional and always available.
